Do not rely on these inspection reports to purchase a house. They provided an inspection on which I purchased a house in 2017. He completely omitted that the recalled Kitec piping was used for the heating system. It was quite obvious and exposed. This issue was only just brought to my attention by a plumber. There was class action suit but it expired in 2020. Had he disclosed it at the time I could have participated in the class action suit but now I have to pay out of pocket to replace these recalled pipes. This was a huge oversight.
