Mike is very experienced on building materials and various signs of issue. He pointed out major issues and concerns without hesitation to us and made us understood risks related to a property. Not only did it save us from a costly purchase but also some ideas about why certain properties do not sell. We were able to get him for inspection in short notice he also arrived early, We are very satisfied and recommend him to anyone who looks for honest and professional opinions.
