Claim to so things so you purchase and then don;t. Also don't return phone messages
It was brand new and they said they would put in special galss to block the noise of the go trains and they never did so that was a huge disappointment. There was condensation in the building when we moved in and then they said it was us not them and they won't do anything about it. They don't even answer phone calls when you try to get a hold of them.
