We have a functional bathroom, and for that, we are thankful. However, the company is not interested in fixing mistakes. There were also a number of surprising careless/rookie mistakes made (eg. uneven colour in grout mixture, putting three identical tiles in a row, improperly set tub, etc.). They gave us a good toilet but it wasn't the one we asked for. There were a number of near-screwups due to their terrible communication skills, as well. They also make it seem like they are BBB accredited but the Sherwood Park location is not actually BBB accredited.
