They took an advance payment and never came back to do the job. We reported them to Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they never responded back to our complaint. They never got back to us regarding taking our initial downpayment without even starting the job. We never heard anything from Pinnacle Construction at all! The company is definitely not recommendable!
