An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tyrone's company did a complete renovation of our basement bathroom in the summer of 2010. Tyrone was able to squeeze a shower into our very small bathroom which was previously just a two piece. Tyrone was easy to get in touch with, quick to respond to our phone calls and emails, and easy to deal with. This was a refreshing change from the many contractors where undertaking a home renovation feels like a battle. We changed a number of things part way through the project (lights, sink, towel racks, etc), and Tyrone was able to accommodate all of our changes. He also provided a number of design suggestions that we hadn’t considered, but add a lot to the final “look” (e.g. the choice of mirror). In the end, the most important thing is the final product, and in that we are very happy with our bathroom. Everything was finished as we wanted, and we have had a number of compliments already. We would be happy to use Tyrone again for future work.
