The workmen who actually removed and those who subsequently replaced the door were great. We were very pleased with their work and customer focused attitudes. Our difficulty arose with the office staff. We ordered our door with the understanding that it would take no longer than 6 weeks and would be installed before Christmas. Five months later we were still dealing with incorrectly or totally unordered parts. Our 'project manager' was very poor at keeping us advised of changes and issues. It became apparent that our new door was not correctly ordered from the get go. Love the new door just wish Brock's process was a better one.
