We were referred to Karen Magill by a family friend, and she and her team more than lived up to their reputation. We presented a challenging, detail-oriented job and they proved up to the challenge. Karen made us feel at ease with a walkthrough and estimate, and her crew was always clear about the fact that we would be able to do a final walkthrough at the end of the job and point out anything that might have been missed. There was a minor complication along the way, however Karen was quick to remedy the situation (at her own cost) and showed genuine concern in making sure we were ultimately 100% satisfied with the job that was done. Ultimately Karen and her company provided a great price (and even matched a competitors rate), kept to their initial timeline, and did the job the way they said they would. Highly recommended!
