Dave (my salesperson) was direct and honest. It was refreshing to hear his presentation without the hard-sell. He returned my calls, did not bad-mouth the opposition, answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Stefan was my installer and very good at what he does. The doors (two exterior and two storms) look great and I was very pleased with the follow-up issue that I had which was resolved quickly and easily. I would highly recommend Brock, Dave and Stefan.
