Carlo gave a quote and stuck to it. He was efficient, always on time, cleaned up so well after himself each day. He went the extra mile trying to make sure everything was pleasing for us. He put the bars back securely which was very reassuring for an elderly person. Carlo also dropped off samples and picked up the tile which was so helpful. His communication skills are excellent, we always knew what was happening next. So friendly!
