Adam was very polite, attentive to details, efficient and explained each step of the inspection. His repair of the leak we had was excellent, he assessed the situation efficiently, problem solved and he even cleaned up after the job was completed very well!! The recommendations made, as result of this Diamond club home inspection were valid and we were provided with solutions and options to consider at reasonable cost.
