Mark was excellent with the job and provided best advice despite of a sloppy duct work done by the builder, he was able to install the rangehood as well as coming up with a temporary fix for the existing duct work. Most likely to ask him come back to re-do the duct from the outside. Extremely happy with his workmanship and professionalism.
