They sent a representative that did all the measurements and a quote on the job site. They customized the trim around my windows and doors and if I did not like a piece of wood they would take it away and replace it. They provided all the material and did a great job!

Product delivery was on time. At one point a mistake was made in the order, and I was able to cancel the order, as it was my mistake, with no hastle from the company. one of the windoes didn't have a seal when the job was done, and the company gave us great service in coming back and repairing the window.
