On time and stand behind there product, had them out for a service call and again on time and no cost to me. The cost of the system was at par with others in the area. I would recommend this company to others for fast and clean install
Workers never showed up on time and put a hole in the side of my wall in error. Had to fight with them to fix it. Service since then has been poor on the roof, some of the tiles have come loose and I had to have another roofing company come out to fix it at my cost
