I had met 3 other contractors to quote my stair case, all the prices were competitive but we not to impressed with their lack of professionalism. My husband and I want to find a contractor with great referrals and someone we felt like that made us feel comfortable with in our home. Dennis was great right from the beginning. Very respectful and professional. He provide us with a detailed quote written along with a contract! No other contractor that we met gave us either of those together. He took the time gave us a price generated his work for 6 months and set a deadline back by a refund. We ended up hiring him and he did a great job. We veryou happy with the final product. He always kept us in formed of any issues or suggestions. He was always able to answer our questions and always check in with us to be sure we were satisfied as he worked on the stairs. When he finished the job he and his employees cleaned up well and asked us lastly if we were happy a day we were. I spent the next our taking pictures and sending them to my friends. I would 100% rehire Dennis again and recommend him to anyone.
