A gentleman named Eran Marciano and his assistant Kobi attended at our home to look at and repair our dryer. They were both courteous and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently without any mess or disturbance and determined the problem which they proceeded to fix. They were honest about what was required and sympathetic to our predicament and took time to explain the issue with the dryer and the helped us make a decision about how to best proceed. We would definitely call Eran again, for any appliance problem!
