Both home and septic inspections
Reg first did a septic inspection for us on one house. He saved us thousands by explaining the septic system and what was wrong with it. The owners stated an untruth on their SPIS and Reg caught them. Would have cost me $30,000+ to repair the system. On our current home Reg did the home inspection. He made sure we understood what he saw and walked us through it all. He even gave advice when I was getting estimates on various systems (HVAC and Siding). I would not hesitate to call Reg next time I require these services and highly recommend him to anyone that requires a home inspection, septic inspection or both.
