In summer 2015, we hired PCL to: - do a large interior renovation where we demolished our kitchen and rebuilt it in a new location in our home - exterior reno to remove 3 layers of siding and all insulation and put in spray foam + new James Hardie siding The job grew because we had to perform several structural repair Robert and his crew were amazing: - Robert stepped in to start our job quickly when we had problems with our original contractor. - Robert provided on time quotes - Robert maintained good communication throughout the project and took care of our home as we had to be out of the country for the majority of the work. - The worksmanship and attention to detail for both the interior and exterior were extremely high. - Robert's crew were very friendly and a pleasure to work with - Most importantly where we encountered issues with one of Robert's subcontractors who's work was not up to par, Robert had him repair it quickly. - Robert is committed to the quality of his work and has come back to check on things and ensure everything is operating well.
