I'm extremely delighted with the service Andy and his team provided, and more importantly, love the final outcome. Andy was extremely patient and provided very valuable insight and guidance during the design phase. He worked closely with me to clearly define the scope of work, ensuring that all of the associated costs were transparent. His team are very courteous and respectful of your home and they manage the subcontractors accordingly as well. They try their best to manage and contain the dust and dirt - we were so impressed with how they used plastic sheeting and zip doors all over the main floor including around the open stairwell to keep the dust contained. When minor issues came up, Andy was always very responsive and resolved them in a very timely manner. Nirelli Homes did a fabulous job renovating my home and I love how everything turned out.
