An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have done two bathroom renovations with 310-Reno and we have been exceptionally pleased with our experience and the results of both. The first bathroom renovation was done approximately eight months prior to the second renovation. After working with Mike and 310 Reno on the first bathroom renovation we did not even consider another company to do the second bathroom. Mike and his team are very professional, personable, respectful, dependable and honest. He effectively communicated at every stage of the project and his team tidied up every night to ensure that the site was safe.
