So I placed my order online for my tent was so happy I got a good deal from indoor farmer...or so I though I get a call the next day saying we need 150$ more for shipping I was like no my order is complete I already paid and selected the way I wanted it shipped there where 4 options canada post and express canada post both saying next say dlivery for 34.00$ and ups for 80$ and ups express 98.00$ and one more ups expited. .. I think it's the worry free option for 400$ and some change so the owner called and said I can't obsorbe that you 100$ for shipping. I replayed saying not my fault ur system isn't working properly I'm not paying any more money the transaction is all ready complete and I'd like my order shipped next day like it said it would I had to calculate the shipping cost by varafing my address and got the cost I did.. I was ready to cancel my order right there and then but couldn't find.that tent any where eles now I see why ... so anyways I went down there form.ottawa to waterloo to get my tent so I get home set it up and wait for the seedling to grow as soon as I put them in the tent and went to bed and saw the many light leaks in it no happy that I spent 700 on this crap tent so I call them back saying hay I just bought a tent from you guys they remembered my right away in had the tent 6 days now and am.really not happy about it and I would like to exchange it for a another brand as I will never use gorialla grow.tent ever again they said it wouldn't be a problem give them a call back in a few hours so he can look at what he can do....I called back at the time requested and was told.I could exchange it for a 400$ less tent with no credit for the remaing balance and the tent was 1/3 the size I said no can I pick one and you order it to your store and I'll come and bring mine and take the new one... we got in to an argument after cuz I told. Him the offer is not acceptable and I would like to just get the refund in full and I can buy a text online or local one that I can chose..he says ok but I need to pack the tent back up in the original packaging and everything must be the same way it was sold.to.me that's find but I may not be able to pack it the same.way it's a thick tent and don't know it folds up he said I will only.take it back if it's in its original condition I'm like why does it matter are you going to try to resell this defivetive product? I can try to get it best as I can all parts are there and I have cous ed no damage to the product. I then called ba K and told him I will not be able to fold it the same way can I at least bring it in nice and you help me fold.it right he said no. So if yor not willing to help why should I do this for you ... I asked what the return policy is he said there isn't one and I said well then you can't tell me how it has to come.in even Walmart knows packag get ruined and as long as you bring the original packaging and parts your ok why wouldn't this company do the same there are a bunch of people trying to rip people off I will update February 27 2016 when I travel to waterloo ..for the last time one way or another I will be leaving with my money for the tent
