We were very happy with the deck Reade built for us in the summer. They did it quickly, they were clean and trustworthy and they did a great job! Mike gave us a thorough quote and stuck to it. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to friends or family.
Not only did the project take close to a year longer than initially promised (and it was a small job - would hate to think what a large reno would result in), much of our time following up and tracking down no show appointments - it was never finished. We admit it looks good but since the installation we've had to repair faulty craftsmanship (by the installers) and truly regret the year of fighting to get the job done.
