We pride ourselves of always going the extra mile and always delivering the highest quality job while keeping our worksite clean. The Mishap mentioned relates to accepting a service call, 9 months after the successful completion of a project -to repair a wall that was damaged afterward. Since revising our hours in 2020, we could not accommodate the paid overnight work request. Hope to work with you again Mr Handyman as we like to align with other contractors that do great work and care about their customers. Thanks again
