We hire Alex and his team to do a complete renovation of our condo town house. He is easy to communicate with and always answer message right away including late at night, and available to meet early in the morning or in the weekend. Alex demonstrates good knowledge over all aspects of the project and manages/coordinates all trades efficiently to meet the deadline. We had very specific design vision and Alex is able to provide viable solutions to our design ideas. In the end, he is able to keep the cost within our budget in spite we added a few items during the project. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend him to my friend for major renovation.
