had len smith come in to do an estimate on installing 500 sq ft 12x16 floor tile in my daughters kitchen I am a senior and can not do the work myself price was reasonable timeline was right (kitchen cabinets were to be installed) and he assured me he had installed large tiles before 3 months after installation the tiles started to crack and shift repeated calls went unanswered so much for his 1 year warranty we had to call another contractor and he removed 80% of the tiles without damage and reused them again you cannot get hold of him he has no address to serve court papers he goes by the name of len or lenny smith or ceramic tile solutions works out of his phone he also claims to have 20 years experience good luck trying to nail him down

this guy said he had 20 yrs experience laying tiles he looked like he knew what he was doing and offered a 1 yr warranty after 3 months the tiles started to shift and crack we contacted the supplier for the tiles he determined the wrong material was used for the base we had to strip the complete floor this guy used 1/4 inch staples to staple the mesh down we ended up stripping the complete floor we reused 77 of the 16x24 tiles which were not bonded properly his 1 year warranty was full of excuses and empty promises I can not find an address for him to serve court papers but he is still operating
