Jim does a great job and he does it all. He kept running into surprises - carpenter ants under the old shower, lack of proper venting for the fan, lack of proper venting for the sewer gas (!). He handled them all. He doesn't take shortcuts, and you can tell he does everything properly. In the end we have a beautiful, high quality bathroom.
