I had been concerned for a number of months because I knew there were tears in the venting. I also knew it was no longer up to code and could present a fire hazard. I repeatedly asked friends and family who I should call to get this situation fixed, and no one had the answer. Then, I happened to see an article in The Guelph Mercury about a local Dryer Vent Wizard and I knew that was my answer. The Dryer Vent Wizard representative was courteous, friendly, respectful, thorough, completely professional, and went to great lengths to make sure all was put back in the proper place. He also ensured that the hall and laundry area were completely clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.
