Terracing and backyard stairs started to fall apart after 5 years. Wood starting rotting. Contacted company owner after some weeks finally responded to calls and took a look, never sated clearly what the problem was,said he was going to give an estimate on repairs, after repeated phone calls no estimate or return phone calls. After 2 months of frustration, and of the stairs continuing to disintegrate, brought in someone else to finish the job. Would never recommend this company.
