I signed a contract to replace all my windows with this company in July with the sales person, Sandy, who is knowledgeable. And then an installation guy, Zoran, came to my house to have an accurate measurement for each window. The Brock company follow the schedule very well. I really appreciated the installation guys, Zoran team, they are very professional, they focused on most of the small details, they made two half-moon aluminium vents, which are out of my expectation. I will give Zoran's work a score 10, the quality of the window also a score 10, except the price is a little high compared with other company. Till now, 3 months passed, every thing is perfect. totally I will give The Brock a 9.5 point, and recommended strongly.
