We were charged for the installation of our flooring without anyone from Family Floors calling to see if we were satisfied with the job. It has been a month and we are still trying to get problems fixed with the installation and the mess left by the installers (glue/cement leveler on floor, walls, trim, furniture, bathroom tile, grout). This seems to be never ending with times setup to do repairs then the call they can't make it because of their schedule. I hold out little hope our house will be back together before Christmas.
