Mark's excellent reviews led me to emailing him about our stair carpeting project and he emailed me back in less than 24 hours to help me get a quote on the project. In the next week he came by to personally survey the place and bring in samples of what materials we could use. We were actually not happy with the first set of technicians that had been assigned, but Mark was very professional and immediately followed up by sending another technician to complete the work.
