I have used this company before - the first time it was surprisingly smooth and quite economic. As a result I recommended it to friends and when my next move came up naturally I thought of them. It was a simple moving task - point A to point B - confirmed well in advance and confirmed the night before. An elevator at the destination had to be reserved in advance, many many other interdependencies... and they never showed, never returned phone calls, never called back. Unbelievable and very frustrating.
