We had the misfortune of using this company to do a big basement renovation for us. We met with the owner, Peter in April 2013. We were promised that the Reno would take approximately 8 weeks. The timeline went off the rails and took over a year. The renovation was completed ( not really to 100%) by November 2014. No, this is not a typo. Over a year to complete a pretty straight forward Reno. And we forced the completion because we had a tenant moving into the apartment on December 1st 2014. We started being concerned about the Reno a few weeks after the start. Peter's supervisor(and there were several over the course of the Reno) would tell us his workers would show up one a certain day and time and no one would show up. Our other concern was that we didn't feel the job was being supervised properly. And the workers coming into our home were constantly changing. There was no consistency to the staff. We contacted Peter with our concerns about 2 months into the Reno and after receiving our email he stopped responding to our emails, texts and phone calls. He completely cut off. The site supervisors kept changing constantly. We also had a problem with our keys being misplaced. No one knew where they were for two days (because the workers kept changing) and this caused us major anxiety because there was direct access from the basement to our home. The supervisor had mislead us and told us the worker that had the keys had a family emergency and had to leave town. We found out later that the employee had been fired and he had our keys. We finally came to the end of the project after over a year of sleepiness nights.

Aqua tech waterproofing has restored my faith in contractors. We experienced flooding in our basement. We contacted Dominic and he came over within a few hours to educate us on what the problem was and the scope of the work necessary. Dominic and his crew were so patient with us. They were in constant contact with us through the waterproofing process. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They completed the work on time and stuck to the timetable they gave us. Dominic was lovely to deal with. And above all we felt that he was extremely honest with us and only recommended the work that was essential in taking care of our flooding problem. I HIGHLY recommend the company.
