An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The gentlemen at affordable insulation did exactly what they promised they would do when they did the initial check on the requirements of my home. The installers were punctual and respectful of my wants and needs. They inspected my attic thoroughly for any frayed wiring and any vent stack leaks and sealed as required, all soffit vents were check for proper circulation and cleared where needed, all rafter mates inspected and installed where needed, the access door was re-insulated from its original state to meet the new higher r-62 rating value and i definitely had 22" of insulation installed in my attic as promised. I can positively say that the men at this company take their trade seriously and they raise the bar for all other insulation companies or contractors. To do the job right you must take pride in what you do, you must take the time to do it right. These guys were in my home 5-6 hours to properly finish the job and it was left clean unlike other companies quoting me 1-1.5 hours to do the job and they did not do any pre-inspections or sealing of vent stacks or all the other extras ...Thank you for the peace of mind and a job so well done, my expectations from any contractor from now on will be as demanding as you guys are of your own expectations!
