Adrian renovated my stairs and did a good job. So I hired him to rebuild my front porch and cold room, add a powder room and mud room and finish the basement. He worked slowly and disappeared for weeks at a time. After 18 months he abandoned the job at 70% completion, having taken 90% of the payment. Some of the work was well done, some was terrible.
