Company changed pricing after contract was signed, said to take them to court or pay the difference. It would have held up the project so we ate the increase. Now A number of windows have had the seals fail years short of the 10 year warranty. Company refuses to pay for some failed windows and only offers to pay a fraction of the cost of the replacement on others. Use at your own risk.
