Mark is great and the best installer you can find in the market. I called Mark and told him two contractors fail to install my Microwave OTR. After a brief explanation of the situation, Mark replied, "I will come to fix it, if I can't fix it, then I won't charge you anything." Wow, where else can you find an installer who will come in for free? I have to pay the last two contractors "visitation fees" even they fail to do their job. This shows how confidence, skillful and experience Mark is. Give him a call, you won't regret.
