I hired James to complete a retaining wall. I paid a deposit of $1360.00 and he disappeared. Without completing any work. I guess I am lucky it is a small amount but I am going to do everything I legally can to stop him from taking advantage of others. Please contact service Alberta and file a complaint if you had a problem like this.
