Roy came to my rescue to say the least! Upon discovering my sewer drain had backed up in my basement I was in need of professional help and expertise fast. In recognizing the urgency of my problem Roy was able to move around some other appointments to come first thing in the morning. While he was inspecting the problem he explained everything that he was doing and what he was seeing on the snake camera. He discovered that I had a full blockage due to years of grease build-up and right away offered a solution that he could do. Within 30 minutes my problem was solved and the blockage was gone! He also was kind enough to take a look at my kitchen and bathroom drains to address some other issues. For his time and service the final cost was more than reasonable compared to what other contractors would have charged to just come out and diagnosis the problem let alone fix it.
