Direct Energy Essential Home Services has been a complete nightmare for us. From hot water tank replacement (which took over three weeks and 5 different technicians with 10 explanations), incorrect billing on almost every bill, and unbelievably poor service. We would never recommend any of their "services". Customer service from this company is an oxymoron. We have complained via email, phone and in letter format to no avail. Hands down this is one of the worst experiences we have had from a company since becoming homeowners.
