After going through several quotes we went ahead with Dave's outfit. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. Dave was available throughout the project and discussed options with us. Did not have to deal with "exploratory" clauses most other foundation companies seem to include so they can increase costs on you any time there is a delay. His crew are great and reflect the owner's values. We will be using his services in the near future for other projects. Great company and we definitely recommend him if you are looking to do foundation work and as us are worried about money and quality of work. Ray
