Kevin was very thorough and attentive to our questions; he anticipated most and dove in on the ones which were a little off base. Many years on, it did turn out the things Kevin told would need replacing did -- more or less when he said they would need replacing. We have also asked Kevin back to recommend proactive measures on some roof structures too. Thanks Kevin!
