We bought our house from Connect in March of 2014. GREAT salesperson - she did a fantastic job on selling the house to us and continued to contact us until she left the company about 2 months later....then nothing. They had originally told us that we would be moved in late July/August. Its construction so we were not betting on it. But it kept getting pushed back. There was also VERY little communication. No one picked up their phone and getting a call back from voicemail was a pain. We got a choice of move-in dates which were several days apart and if they didn't work well too bad. The day we got our keys they were still in there fixing things. VERY brief walk-though, specially as we had no prior walk-throughs up till this point. Since we have moved in, getting a hold of Connect themselves has been nearly impossible. Several calls to them and no one will pick up or call back. The showhomes are routinely not open in our area. Communication is seriously lacking in this builder. Similar homes can be found through different builders and I suggest going that route.
