Replaced windows and doors in the bedrooms
The windows aren't closing. I am afraid the handle will brake of if I try to cranck it more, the outside paint is chipping of and the aluminium capping of the doorframe is warping. I have been trying to get in touch with Benny, he was the salesperson,to come and look at the problems we have, but so far he has not returned my call. It has been now 3 weeks and I am still waiting for a call. We spent a lot of money but we didn't get what we paid for.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- I would not recommend Royal Deluxe Windows,their quality is realy bad, and the promised service doesn't exist. Please do your research before you decide.
