If you dont pay thier grossly inaccurate bill, Brock will not guarantee any of their work, and will accrue 2% penalties each month. Reconcilliation is an on going night mare. Installed product looks great after I spend days staining interior trim, but the mumble-jumble of discounts, incompleted work, and cost estimate miscalculation is outright fraud. Run away, dont sign a contract with Brock.
