Called on a Thursday around 7 p.m, was given number to call up Ayman, got his voicemail and he called me back before 8 p.m. Told him my problem with Fridge not cooling at all. He requested picture of the Model # and texted it to him. Went through a troubleshooting over the phone. Updated me he will come on Friday, kept me updated all day on the timing to come between 4-6p.m He came in, had the shoe protector, bought all the parts with him to make sure everything done in 1 go. Fixed everything and the Fridge was good to go. Definitely recommend the service. Quick and courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
