Our fridge cooling ability had deteriorated over the last week and we had ice build up on the bottom of our freezer drawer which would drip out onto the floor when it ran through a defrost cycle. Sam at JSN provided me his fridge specialist Ayman's number to call to arrange an appointment. I called late on Friday so in order to get the possible parts required Ayman scheduled an appointment for Monday evening between 6-9. He arrived with shoe covers, tools and a smile. The work was completed quickly and he identified that there was no need for replacement parts once the fridge had been defrosted and drain lines cleaned out. I would certainly recommend Ayman to a friend and call him again for any fridge/freezer repair.

- I would have appreciated if Sam had taken my number and had Ayman call me instead of asking that I call him myself.

- Call JSN or fumble through taking your fridge apart to reach the areas you can't see to do a deep cleaning.
