Firt meeting Alex in the show room and later at our house he came across a bit cocky, but in a pleasant manner. We were impressed with the product and liked his presentation. The installation is where he really proved himself. One of the three sets of shutters did not fit the window. He checked his paper work and realized he had made a mistake measuring the window. That is where we were really impressed as he took responsibility and did not try to blame the manufacturer. That is also where he walked the walk. He took the shutter apart, borrowed my mitre saw and modified the shutter on the spot. The shutters have impressed everyone that has seen them and they make an amazing difference to the appearance and also protect our furniture etc from the harsh southern exposure. They reduce the heat in the summer and we expect will save heat in the winter. Great work Alex.
