We purchased a home system recently and we could not be happier. We actually dealt with a factory rep and he was extremely informative. We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend that you get yours asap! I was very skeptical on the savings and I also did my research on the company. Don't let the rip off report sway your decision they are a very shady website! I actually found out that it was a person who is not even a customer that wrote that review and was sued! Rightfully so! Anyway we love our water!!!
