We interviewed several contractors regarding our basement development. We felt the most at ease with Vaughan as he was extremely professional, listened to our ideas, provided constructive feedback and he was the only one to mention several code related issues that the other contractors missed. The entire team at Wallace Fleming was extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Our construction manager Jorme was always on top of everything and was always available to take care of any concerns that arose during the project. Many times he was already fixing an issue before we even mentioned it to him. The communication was frequent and he always kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The job site was kept exceptionally clean and all the sub trades were professional, efficient and friendly. The quality of the work was outstanding and any deficiencies were taken care of with little or no effort on our part. We will definitely recommend Wallace Fleming to our friends and family for any future work.

To be sure, a successful project is the result of many factors however there are those that are consistent time and time again. In the case of your project three very common factors rose to the top: 1) drawings were completed and materials selected up front and approved prior to construction starting; 2) you guys were prepared when we showed up on site to start the work; and last but not least, 3) you both had a great attitude and were engaged throughout the process. The last point is critical and lends itself to success 100% of the time! It’s as much about you as it is us.
